What we’re doing

  • We are taking additional time after each appointment to clean and disinfect surfaces in the office.

  • I will be wearing a mask when I am within 6 feet of you.

  • If I touch, adjust, or remove my facemask, I will take the time to perform hand hygiene.

  • I will be wearing gloves during procedures.

What you need to do

  • When you arrive, please call us (608) 273-3036 from your car to let us know you are here. 

  • Please wait in your car until the door is opened by Dr. Heide.

  • Put on your face mask before you enter the building.

  • If you touch, adjust or remove your facemask during your appointment, hand hygiene must be performed.
